Tivara Beauty ("we", "us", "our") operates tivarabeauty.com and is registered in England and Wales. Our registered address is available on request. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and any purchase made through it.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract under the laws of England and Wales.

02 Orders & Payment +

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Placing an order does not guarantee fulfilment. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion and will notify you promptly if we do so.

Prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We accept all major credit and debit cards via our secure checkout provider. Payment is taken at the time of purchase.

In the event of a pricing error on our website, we are not obliged to fulfil orders placed at the incorrect price and will contact you to offer a correction or cancellation.

03 Shipping & Delivery +

We ship to addresses within the United Kingdom and select international destinations. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are guidelines, not guarantees.

  • Standard UK delivery: 5–10 business days
  • International: 7–20 business days depending on destination

Tivara Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or circumstances outside our control. Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking link will be sent to your registered email.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. If your order is marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 7 days.

04 Returns & Refunds +

You have the right to return most items within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in a resaleable condition. Due to hygiene reasons, opened skincare products cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

To initiate a return, contact us at hello@tivarabeauty.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or we made an error.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence and we will resolve it promptly.

05 Product Information & Results +

We take care to ensure all product descriptions, ingredient lists, and images are accurate. However, minor variations in colour, texture, or packaging may occur due to screen settings or supplier updates.

Skincare results vary by individual. Our products are designed to support healthy skin but are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. If you have a skin condition or are pregnant, consult a healthcare professional before use.

Always perform a patch test before applying a new product to your face. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

We accept returns on unopened, unused items within 30 days of receipt. Due to hygiene reasons, we're unable to accept returns on opened skincare products unless they are faulty. To initiate a return, email hello@tivarabeauty.com with your order number and reason for return.
We process orders quickly, so changes must be requested within 2 hours of placing your order. Email hello@tivarabeauty.com immediately with your order number and we'll do our best to accommodate. Once dispatched, the order cannot be modified.
First, check your tracking link (sent by email at dispatch). If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received the parcel, check with neighbours and any safe places. If the issue persists, contact us at hello@tivarabeauty.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll investigate and resolve it.
